If you are using MinIO open-source products, these agreements do not apply to you and you are subject to the open-source licensing agreements. More information on open-source can be found at the Open Source Licensing and Compliance webpage.

For our Resellers, the agreement that applies to you is the Reseller Agreement.

For those who incorporate MinIO software into their own offerings, the agreement that applies to you is the OEM and MSP Agreement.

For those who are purchasing or have purchased a subscription license to our MinIO software and/or related support services, the Customer License and Subscription Agreement applies.

If you and MinIO have executed an offline variant of these agreements, your offline terms govern.
